SD-22SP cameras are High Speed Dome
cameras which can be entirely controlled from a distance using the specific
control panel or through digital video recorders. Based on SONY Super HAD
colour CCD with a resolution of 480 lines these cameras represent the state
of the art in video surveillance.
Main characteristics
Up to 64 cameras and 32 control panels
You can connect up to 64 cameras using a simple
twisted pair cable (max RS485 BUS length 1200 metres) and
control them singly using the control panels. Each camera has
its own specific address, which can be programmed by switch.
Quick and easy to connect using RS485 BUS
The cameras take a 12VDC power supply. Minimum 1,5A power adaptor is required (Mod RE-AL5). The video output with BNC
connector is similar to any classic analogue camera.
For movement commands all the cameras and control keypads are
cascade-connected, with a simple twisted pair cable linking
input and output from each device.
22x zoom lens and +10x digital zoom and
autofocus
SD-22SP cameras feature a powerful 22x zoom lens with
autofocus. They also feature a 10 x digital zoom, for a maximum
total zoom of 220x. Programmable diaphragm with Autoiris/Manual
modes.
High resolution and day/night function
SD-22 cameras are based on ¼” colour SONY SuperHAD
CCD, which offers a high resolution of 480 lines. The Day/Night
function enables the camera to continue filming in B/W in low
light, and makes it perfectly compatible with all IR
illuminators. Automatic white balancing (AWB), Automatic Gain
Control (AGC) and back light compensation (BLC).
High low-lux
performance
All SD-22 cameras includes DSS (Digital Slow Shutter)
which gives superb view in low light conditions. SD-22 are the
best choice for viewing in the dark up to 0,001 Lux.
128 PRESET positions
For each camera you can preset up to 128 positions,
which can be selected by means of pressing a button on the
control panel. It is also possible to programme the camera to
move continuously between the various positions, in this way
monitoring the critical zones of a very large area with a single
camera. You can also set the length of time to remain on each
position.
Control from digital video recorder
The cameras in the SD range are fully compatible with
D-Vision surveillance software,
 which
can be used to control movements, zoom, focus, diaphragm and
even preset positions and automatic movements. The twisted pair
cable for the controls (RS485) connects to a COM port on the PC
by means of an adaptor (SD-232485) and it is possible to control
the cameras both locally and from a remote PC via LAN or the
Internet.
Digital video recorders
DR-2K4/8 and
DR-N range can also be used to control DSE Speed Dome
cameras through the rear RS485 port.
The use of the most common communication protocols means that
DSE High-Speed-Dome cameras are compatible with most DVRs on the
market today.
