All documents are available for download in PDF format(Acrobat).
Very frequently used over the Interne t,
the PDF format allows to display any graphic document without
installing the software that was used to write it. Besides, PDF files are
fairly small and quick to download, though saving a suitable quality for
printing. To open a PDF file, a free reader program, called Acrobat Reader,
is required.

While downloading a file, right-click the link and choose: "Save
target as" instead of just left click on it. This avoid that your browser
opens the file instead of saving it on your Hard Drive.
Is it better

The software
programs
All DSE programs can be downloaded in Zip files. ZIP format is
the most common file compression system used on the Internet, very helpful
to reduce the file size for faster downloading. Several programs can open
ZIP files. The most popular is WinZip.
